What happens when I use “Claim” when retiring?

Retiring will reset all your cash, lobbies, and upgrades and you will gain new Followers that boost your lobby production. The follower boost persists through retirements.

If you instead select ‘Claim;’ you can get your Followers, bonus, and Endorsement Points without having to reset.
