If you are having issues with a gold offer from our offerwall, please check your Gold Status screen. To find the Gold Status screen:
- Go to the shop and select free gold
- Tab to 'IN PROGRESS' offers
- Select your offer from the 'IN PROGRESS' list
- Below the offer requirements, select 'Missing coins?'
- After reading the disclaimer select the link to 'Contact support'
For any offers marked pending, please reach out to the offerwall provider by tapping "Missing Gold?' next to the name of the offer on that same status screen.
If you are experiencing any ad-related issues or offerwall issues that are not resolved by the above steps, please contact support and they will investigate further.
